OPERATION OF THE BESGO 5-WAY VALVE
The Besgo 5-way valve operates automatically, powered by either water or air pressure. It requires a connection to a water supply or a small air compressor to maintain the necessary 3.5 bars of pressure.
Programming and activating the solenoid valve is straightforward and only requires a standard 230V electric controller or timer.
The solenoid valve activates upon receiving an electrical current, allowing the incoming pressure to compress the spring inside the Besgo valve, initiating the backwash process. This process continues as long as the solenoid valve remains powered. In the event of a power failure, the Besgo valve automatically reverts to its "Filtration" position, ensuring the pool cannot be drained accidentally.
INSTALLATION FLEXIBILITY
Besgo connection unions are designed for flexibility, allowing a 90-degree rotation for easy adjustments. Additionally, they offer fine-tuning of +/-4°, ensuring a tension-free installation. All Besgo valves must be glued externally and should always be installed with detachable connections, such as screw fittings or flanges. This approach simplifies maintenance and makes replacements quick and hassle-free.
