The Technology

Each bead of media is covered in imperfections called media templates that attract minerals (Lime-scale, carbonates) and combine them to form micro-crystals that slowly grow. They then break off and float
freely through the system. These crystals make their way through the plumbing system without adhering and building up to pipes, fixtures, valves or heating elements.
