This cartridge is designed to be used with any standard 4" x 40" membrane vessel.
It can be filled with DI resin and used as a post filter to polish water after it has been through the reverse osmosis stage or alternatively it could be filled with granular activated carbon and used as a pre-filter before reverse osmosis.
