PREFILTRATION IN WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS
PROFINE® RED is a disposable cartridge with rapid attachment, filtration by extruded polypropylene "MELT BLOWN", filtration degree 5 µm. Cartridge suitable for the removal of sediments for the clarification of water also intended for drinking use, thanks to the removal of turbidity and the removal of suspended particulates. If used in water treatment equipment intended for human use, these must comply with the standards required by law for this category of treatment systems.

We recommend replacing the cartridge at the end of its nominal range, or if the output flow ate is too slow. It’s better that you replace the cartridge within 365 days of its installation. Before removing the cartridge, close the upstream water inlet and eliminate the pressure in the circuit by opening the downstream tap. To activate the cartridge correctly, open the inlet valve and supply water for at least five minutes before drinking it.
